Cancellation Policies

You are entitled to cancel your order of non-contract goods prior to the point at which it is shipped for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order thereafter you can do so in accordance with our returns policy.

7 day colling off period and Processing Stage:
If the order has not yet been processed, it can simply be cancelled at our cancellation request page here. There is a 7 day cooling period from activation of contracts where you may cancel. The router, sim card or any other items must be returned in good condition without damages or neglect. Any data used in the 7 Day cooling off period, will be charged to the customer.

24 Month Contract:A customer may terminate an agreement/service at any other time (i.e. prior to the expiry of the term) by giving Home Cloud twenty (20) business day’s written notice. The twenty days are calculated from the day on which Home Cloud receives the notice. Cancellation fees to be calculated based on the term remaining in the contract. No lock-in Month-To-Month contract:
A customer may terminate an agreement/service at any other time by giving Home Cloud twenty (20) business day’s written notice. The twenty days are calculated from the day on which Home Cloud receives the notice. Click here to request a cancellation. 

Cancelling after upgrades:|
There is no 7 day cooling off period for an upgrade whereby you may cancel the contract without the following fees. If you decide to cancel your contract with Home Cloud, you will be required to pay cancellation fee based on the term remaining in the contract. You will also need to return the router in new condition OR pay R1400 for the router which you will keep. Click here to request a cancellation.
