On the rare occasion, you may experience slow or limited connectivity. This could be due to the following reasons:

Slow speed due to network connecting to 3G instead of 4G/LTE.

The device on which you are accessing the internet may be too far away from the router or there might be obstructions between your device and the router/sim card.

Please try moving the router (or device with sim) around the home or office to the ideal position. This may require some trial and error testing. You can test the Wi-Fi speed here at the different spots in your office/home.
