As a result we have recently created a new and improved online chat feature to allow you to communicate with us more easily and efficiently than ever before. 

As a result please note that all customer support will now be provided to you through Live Chat. This includes any of the following:

  • Upgrades, Downgrades, Pauses & Cancellations
  • Billing Queries
  • Data Balance Checks
